Make up for the height difference between your RV and towing system with RoadMaster's Hi-Low Drop. Provides either a 2" drop or a 2" rise for high or low ground clearance.
The Roadmaster High-Low Drop Receiver - 2 In. Drop is used to safely level the RV hitch to the tow bar. These drop receivers have a solid steel shank that can be turned up or down for low- or high-ground clearance. The extensions provide 7-1/2 or 12 inches of extra reach. It should only be used for towing a car behind a motorhome and is not to be used with any type of trailer. The Drop Receiver has a 6,000 pound capacity and a 100 pound tongue weight.
Most tow systems require some sort of hitch accessory to either raise or lower the tow bar to an appropriate level. The "Safe Zone" for a motor-home-mounted tow bar ranges from 3" above level to 4" below. Car-mounted models must be absolutely level. RoadMaster's High-Low Drops will provide you with the necessary drop; simply flip the accessory over to achieve desired rise.
